大陆台资企业融资渠道研究——基于珠三角台资企业的问卷调查

融资困难是大陆台资企业生存与发展面临的主要问题。针对69家珠三角台资企业的问卷调查显示，除了企业内部融资外，大陆台资企业可选择的融资渠道主要包括向台湾、大陆以及第三地的金融机构和资本市场融资。在生产经营过程中，台资企业对资金的需求十分强烈，不同的经营方式，对于台资企业融资渠道选择的影响也不一样。受制于多方面因素，多数台资企业倾向于向大陆境外资本市场（尤其是香港资本市场）融资，导致融资渠道的“单一化”。解决大陆台资企业的融资问题，关键在于扩大资金来源，减少和消除融资障碍，使融资渠道从单一向多元化发展，最大限度地满足台资企业投资经营的资金需求。

Research on Financing Channels of Taiwan-owned Enterprises in Chinese Mainland:Based on the Survey of Perl River Delta Region's Taiwan-owned Enterprises

Financing difficulties are the key problems in the survival and development of Taiwan-owned enterprises in China mainland. The questionnaire about 69 Taiwan-owned enterprises in Pearl River Delta showed that there are several op-tional financing channels for Taiwan-owned enterprises in China mainland besides internal financing,which including financing form financial institutions and capital markets in Taiwan, China mainland and other areas. During the production and manage-ment, the fund demand of Taiwan-owned enterprises is very strong, and different management modes have different influence on the selection of financing channels. Most Taiwan-owned enterprises inclined to finance from overseas capita] markets(espe-cially in the HK capital market)restricted to multiple factors,which leads to the "singleness" of financing channels. The solving approaches to the financing problems of Taiwan-owned enterprises in China mainland should enlarge capital source, reduce and eliminate financing obstacles, and promote the financing channels diversified development, in order to meet the capital de-mand to the most extend in the investment and management of Taiwan-owned enterprises.
