“两岸”的平潭，抑或“平潭”的平潭？——《平潭时报》消息来源与议题建构的视角

消息来源对于媒介议题具有重要的建构意义。媒介通过引用不同的消息来源策略，塑造不同议题倾向，从而达成其媒介意图。本文以平潭综合实验区地方党报《平潭时报》为例，通过对其新闻报道中使用的消息来源进行内容分析，试图了解该报的消息来源策略以及议题建构偏向。研究发现，尽管平潭综合实验区承担着两岸“共同家园”的政策使命，但其地方党报仍以本土意识为中心，议题局限于官方话语权统领之下的本地建设和政策引领，忽略了两岸关系互动中的内在同一性。换言之，本应定位“两岸”的平潭，在实践中却还停留在“平潭”的固有意识。

＂Cross-Strait＂ Pingtan or ＂Local＂ Pingtan？ --Based on the News Sources and Media Agendas of Pingtan Times

Since news sources play a vital role in media agenda, media has achieved its intentions through using different news source strategies to construct different media issues. Based on the case study of Ping-tan Times, the local Party newspaper in Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone,this paper attempts to find out the newspaper＇s news source strategies and issues tendency by analyzing in detail the sources of the news reports on front page of Pingtan Times. The results suggest that even though the Pingtan experimental zone undertakes the policy mission of the Cross-Strait ＂common home＂, its local Party newspaper＇s issues are still limited to the frame of the local constructions and policy reports at the command of the government officials, ignoring its intrinsic identity of the interactive relations between the two sides.
