| 摘 要： | 2005年台湾“县市长选举”的结果其所彰显的仅仅是一种选举技术策略层面的工具价值意义,还是体现了台湾总体民意的某种转折性变化,具有尘埃落定性质般的终极价值意义?本文借助“资源动员理论”和“冲突理论”,着重讨论民进党执政前后政治发展的脉络,从而进一步揭示该党“绿色品质牌”感召力由盛及衰的政治过程,以及岛内民意走向的变动轨迹。
