| Abstract: | This paper defines the notion of industrial financing and analyzes the interactive mechanism between industrial development and financial cluster pointing out the common issues existing in industrial financing in ha. In the end the authors have also discussed a new pattern of government-industry-financing cooperation led government, which is based on promoting the development of strategic emerging industries and advanced manu- facturing industries. |
