摘    要:席卷全球的国际金融危机对中国房地产业健康发展具有一定的警示作用。中国房地产业正逐渐显露出“透支式”特征;这种“透支式”发展模式会产生诸多危害。以国际金融危机为契机,加大房地产业调控力度,不仅不会产生“雪崩效应”,反而会促使房地产业走向健康的发展道路。
