中国小额贷款公司的改革与发展研究

小额贷款公司在支持小微企业发展方面发挥重要作用,但"只贷不存"的瓶颈在一定程度上阻碍了小额贷款公司的可持续发展。该文梳理了中、美两国小额贷款发展现状,揭示了中国小额贷款公司发展及改制面临的问题,提出规范发展中国小额贷款公司的建议。

The Reform and Development of Chinese Microfinance Companies

The microfinance companies play an critical role in the healthy development of the small and medium enterprises（SMEs）,while the bottleneck of loaning without deposits hampers its sustainable development.The author studies the status quo of the development of micro financing both in China and in the United States,reveals the issues faced by Chinese microfinance companies,and puts forward relevant suggestions on the reform and healthy development of Chinese microfinance companies.
