Optimizing the Rural Financial Organizations,Promoting Agricultural and Rural Development:A Report on Rural Finance by the Central Committee of China Zhi Gong Party

This paper analyzes the status quo of the rural financing of China and the existing issues,then put forward the relevant policy proposals as following:to improve and implement the macro policy for the full-scale development of the rural financing of China;to give a full play to the guiding function of the cooperative financial organizations dominated by rural commercial banks;to proactively develop village and(or) town banks as a vital auxiliary in rural financing;to bring the special supportive effect of rural small loan companies into full play;to regulate and support the rural mutual credit unions as well as expedite the construction of mutual financing.
