Analysis on the Influence of the Circular Economy to Kuznets Curve

The relationship between environment and economy has drawn much attention for a long time in the academic world. And there exist two important relatively separated theories. One is an assumed theory that showed the tract of environment and economic development. This theory describes a kind of phenomenon and indicates a contradiction transformation, that is, the relationship between the ecological-environment condition and the economy development is in line with the Environmental Kuznets Curve which looks like an upside-down letter "U". The other one employs the method of theory research combined with practice. It is a new idea that suggests positive and interactive circular economy can be realized. Circular economy showed us the interrelationship between the environment and economy, and it is indeed a big leap for the concept of the environmental economics. The Environmental Kuznets Curve has been demonstrated by the experience of developed countries' s histories, and the circular economy pattern is now being exploring and practicing in many countries. Although the form and focus of these two researches are different, there's no conflict between them. Circular economy not only agrees with Environmental Kuznets Curve but also shows us the interactive relationship between environment and economy. Therefore the circular economy is the development model to realize the best interactive relationship. The circular economy theory can be considered as an improvement to the assumed contents of the Environmental Kuznets Curve, and the practice of circular economy will perfect the curve theory.
