| Abstract: | Lacking sufficient technological ability required it is hard for small and mini enterprises to conduct independent innovation. The author points out that group innovation union and its interior and exterior networking can give a full play to resource advantages from all aspects and boost the independent innovation ability of small and mini enterprises. |
