构建生态型新区的土地适宜性综合评价方法

构建宜居生态型新城区是滨海新区提出的发展目标。为了落实这一指导原则和发展任务，科学制定新区的土地利用规划是当务之急。土地适宜性评价可以很好的将城市生态学的原理和生态文明的理念融入土地规划决策的制定过程，从源头上预防不利生态影响的产生。该文针对滨海新区的实际情况，通过建立结构化的评价指标体系，初步提出了一套土地适宜性的综合评价方法，为新区的产业布局和土地利用决策提供参考。

Evaluation of Land Suitability on Eco-type Construction of New Area

Binhai new area has put forward an aim to construct an eco -type new city,for which making sci- entific land exploitation plan becomes one of the imminent issues.Evaluation of land suitability can integrate the principles of urban ecology,and the conception of eco -civilization with the process of the land exploitation plan de- cision,and prevent the negative ecological influence.According to the practice in Binhai,the author builds a structural evaluation index system and establishes an effective procedure of land suitability which also helps con- cerning authorities plan the industrial distribution and land exploitation decision.
