Study on Institutional Transformation from RCC to RCB as a Step of Rural Financial Reform

The institutional transformation from rural credit cooperatives to rural cooperative banks has experienced its 5th year since the Document No. 15 regarding the rural credit cooperatives reform issued by the State Council in 2003. The year of 2008 is the 30th anniversary of the rural economic reform in China, therefore the study on rural credit cooperatives reform has significant importance for its future development to find and solve existing issues and raise relevant policy suggestions.
