| 摘 要： | 随着武汉城市圈和长株潭城市群被国家确定为“两型社会”试验区，并被赋予先行先试的政策创新权，“两型社会”逐步成为中国城市发展的新方向，如何促进“两型社会”建设也就成为新焦点。农村城市化是“两型社会”的一个核心内容，该文从农村城市化资金供给和需求方面入手，探讨民间金融的制度安排，为解决“两型社会”建设中农村城市化资金缺口提供一个思路。
