| 摘 要： | 该文在对辽宁沿海经济带生态环境现状分析的基础上,提出应通过对不同地区生态功能的合理界定、管理与调控以及对产业结构的优化布局,充分发挥各种自然生态系统的服务功能,构建区域整体生态安全保障体系,保障经济社会又好又快发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the eco-environmental analysis of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt,this paper points out that various eco systems should be given full play through rational definition,management and control,as well as industrial structure optimization to construct regional eco-protection system and secure the sound and rapid development of economic society. |
