| 摘 要： | 该文通过构建评价指标体系和综合评价模型对安徽省区域科技创新能力进行综合评价，并进一步运用因子分析法和pearson相关系数对评价模型做整体检验，对安徽省区域科技创新能力的发展现状提出了相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | This article has established an index system and an evaluation model to conduct comprehensive eval- uation on regional science and technology （S＆T） innovation capability of Anhui province, and then made an overall testing by using factor analysis measure and Pearson＇ s coefficient of correlation. The testing results have shown that the evaluation methods and results are reasonable and effective. Finally, this article puts forward some recommendations for enhancing regional S＆T innovation capability of Anhui province. |
