| 摘 要： | 上海国际航运中心建设的基本框架体系是以上海港为中心，以江苏、浙江部分港口为两翼，沿海港口为纵深，以枢纽港、干线港、支线港和喂给港为主体的组合港口群。上海国际航运中心建设重点要在三大体系上有所创新，一是构建分工合理的港口物流体系，二是构建优化整合的集疏运体系，三是构建现代国际航运服务业体系。这三大体系就需要长江三角洲共同建设。

| Abstract: | The main structure of Shanghai International Shipping Center features a combination of harbor groups,among which the Shanghai Harbor is the center and part harbors in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces act as two wings.The construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center requires innovation within three main systems:the sound harbor logistic system,the optimized distributing system and modern international shipping service system.,which need the jiont efforts in Yangtze River Delta. |
