| 摘 要： | 该文分析了资源枯竭型城市的产生主要是因为资源定价偏低、产业布局不合理和发展理念不科学等,建议借鉴德国鲁尔地区的成功转型,以经济转型为核心,实现资源枯竭型城市的可持续发展。并指出,推动中国资源枯竭型城市可持续发展应包括环境、经济和社会三方面的政策。

| Abstract: | The author has analyzed the causes blamed for the result in resource-exhausted cities, including low resources pricing, unreasonable industrial allocation and unscientific development concept. Taking Ruhr Region in Germany for example, the author points out that the economic transformation is the core to realize the sustainable development of resource-exhausted cities, and the favorable environmental, economic and social policies should be introduced to promote the sustainable development of resource-exhausted cities |
