| 摘 要： | 中国是草原大国，草原不仅是国家生态安全的屏障，也是广大农牧民赖以生存和发展的物质基础。同时，中国草原地区大多是少数民族聚居的地方和边疆地区，保护与建设好草原对国家发展与生态安全具有非常重要的作用。由于气候变化、经济发展和不合理利用，中国草原生态状况恶化的局面还没有得到遏制，草原生产力下降，草原地区农牧民增收困难。随着经济社会快速发展、产业结构调整升级和农村城镇化步伐加快，草原保护建设也面临一些新问题。作者通过对内蒙古自治区草原保护建设情况的调研，提出了加强草原保护建设、增加农牧民收入的建议。
