| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the theoretical background and the basic content of two-oriented society and discusses the function of environmental impact assessment planning (EIAP) in constructing two-oriented society. Then it puts forward the relevant suggestions on how to improve the role of EIAP in prompting the construction of two-oriented society. |
