| 摘 要： | 该文系统梳理了国际上关于资源型城市产业转型的相关研究成果，并依据政府对资源型城市产业转型的干预深度、广度和手段的差异，将资源型城市产业转型模式划分为市场主导型、政府主导型、政府与市场相结合型三种模式。在此基础上结合中国资源型城市发展特点，提出了实现中国资源型城市产业转型的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Abstract： This paper has systematically combed the international research accomplishments concerning the transformation of the resource-based cities, categorizes the transformation modes into the market-dominating mode, government-dominating mode and market-government mixed mode according to the extent the government inter- venes in the industrial transformation of the resource-based cities, and raises the relevant proposals to fulfill the in- dustrial transformation of the resource-based cities in China. |
