中国人体器官移植立法之完善

人体器官移植技术被誉为＂21世纪医学之巅＂,它的应用使得人类医学科学的发展有了革命性变化。随着2007年《人体器官移植条例》的出台,中国器官移植法律制度已基本成型。不可否认的是,该条例在诸多方面缺乏细致规定,对诸如脑死亡、器官移植协调机制、补偿措施等敏感问题的规定仍属空白。该文评析了中国人体器官移植立法存在的问题,并就完善中国器官移植立法提出了建议。
