| 摘 要： | 低碳经济评价指标的选取和评价体系的建立是低碳经济研究的重要组成部分。该文将反映区域或城市低碳经济发展的因素加以分析和合理综合,提出了＂支持-投入-响应-产出＂模式的区域低碳经济发展的指标体系和评价模型。结合上海市发展情况,分析评价了其低碳综合发展水平、碳排放脱钩弹性状况以及经济发展与碳排放的演化阶段,对经济发达地区发展低碳经济提出建议。
