论生态旅游与环境保护

该文在阐明生态旅游概念、特征以及我国生态旅游发展历程和现状的基础上，论述了生态旅游对于提高当地生态环境、缓解居民生活生产与生态环境的矛盾、拓宽保护区的融资途径、提高人们环保意识等重要环境保护意义，并针对目前我国生态旅游中存在的生态破坏和环境污染等问题，提出了树立科学观念、完善法律法规、实施有效管理与合理开发、加强环境监管监测、开展宣传教育、健全资金支撑体系等生态旅游与环境保护协调发展的对策。

Eco-tourism and Environmental Protection

This paper elucidates the concept,characteristics,history and status quo of the development of eco-tourism in China;highlights the important significance of eco-tourism for environmental protection to improve local ecological protection;relieve the contradiction between eco-environment and human activity;broaden the financial channels to natural preserves as well as raise public awareness of environmental protection.In the face of such issues as ecological destruction and environmental pollution existing during the practice of eco-tourism in China,the paper also provides the corresponding strategies,consisting of erecting the scientific outlook;bettering the relevant law and regulation system;implementing the practice of effective management and rational exploration;enhancing environmental inspection and supervision;initiating public promotion and education;improving financial support system,etc,to ensure eco-tourism and environmental protection to develop consistently.
