| Abstract: | The important element to restrict the middle-small enterprises is a fund's problem;the cause of which is the shortage of the effectively financial supply.Therefore,it is decided measures to develop the multi-function and form of the middle-small financial institutions,to exact the financial innovation and adopt the suitable financial medium in order to increase supply for the middle-small enterprises solving a fund's problem. |
