| Abstract: | A new thought of Gansu's ecological environment construction is stressed on advancing the controling -water society,studying Government's water strategy and Gansu's profit made from the project of transfering water from sowth into North,realizing the promotion and self-maintain of natural protective ereas,combining the ecological environment construction with anti-poverty strategy,and conforming a long investment system to support Gansu's ecological environment. |
