我国监督体系的现状与缺陷

没有监督的权力必然滋生腐败 ,没有权力的监督必然流于形式。本文在概括我国监督现状的基础上 ,较全面地分析了现行监督体系中存在的十大缺陷 :监督指向失衡 ;监督机构缺乏独立性与权威性 ;预防监督薄弱 ;权力运用规范不完备 ;人大监督效能不高 ;监督缺乏系统性 ;人民监督意识淡薄 ;监督客体透明度不高 ;舆论监督威力发挥不够 ,监督缺乏利益保障机制。

The Present Situation And Defects Of Our Supervision System
