| 摘 要： | 和大多数国家一样 ,中国风险投资业的发展也需要解决三个方面的问题 ,即风险资本来源与组织、风险投资如何退出与风险投资的政策支持。本文基于对此三个方面的分析 ,指出我国发展风险投资业应注意的问题。
