| 摘 要： | 我国已经进入全面小康社会的新时期,和谐也逐渐成为时代的最强音。为了增加社会公平,促进社会稳定,使社会主义社会更加健康有序地运行,我们必须切实解决弱势群体问题,为和谐社会创造稳定的社会环境,使整个社会呈现和谐而富有生机、活力的局面。
