| 摘 要： | 我国已兴起了风险投资的热潮 ,甘肃必须关注风险投资事业。在西部大开发战略全面实施之际 ,必须充分发挥地方政府的作用 ,加快创建甘肃风险资本市场的步伐。通过创建风险投资公司 ,吸引外商参与风险投资 ,培育风险资本的退出渠道等措施开拓甘肃风险资本市场 ,再造一个为风险企业服务的投融资系统 ,促进甘肃高科技产业的发展。
