| 摘 要： | 中国转型过程中社会矛盾和冲突频发,给社会的和谐与稳定带来了挑战。国外冲突解决的理论与实践可以给我们许多有益的启示。本文首先介绍国外冲突解决学科的发展历程,然后讨论中国当前一些典型的公共冲突,剖析中国公共冲突及冲突解决的特点和存在的问题,最后就如何创新中国的公共冲突解决提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | Social contradictions or conflicts can be widely observed during the transformation of China,which has brought significant challenges to the social harmony and stability.The research and practice of conflict resolution overseas might bring insights for China to tackle the problems.The paper first outlines the historical development of the field of conflict resolution,and presents some typical public conflicts in contemporary China.It then investigates the characters of current conflict resolution mode and analyzes its problems.Finally,the paper proposes suggestions for the future development of the conflict resolution field in China. |
