我国行政管理中的礼仪运用

本文从行政管理的角度对礼仪进行阐释,分析了公务礼仪的社会共同性、职业特殊性以及礼的精神与仪的方式的结合;从仪式礼仪、会议礼仪和接待礼仪三种类型,具体考察了我国行政管理中礼仪的作用范围。同时,论述了我国公务礼仪运用中应该解决的问题,提出了实现传统和现代统一、民族性和世界性统一、形式和内容统一的原则。

The Application of Amenity in the Administrative Management in China

At the angle of the administrative management,the paper explains the amenity,and analyzes social intercommunity and occupational particularity of official amenity and the combination of the spirit of ceremony and the way of appearance.From the three types of ceremony amenity,meeting amenity and reception amenity,the paper reviews the role scope of the amenity in administrative management in China.At the same time,the paper discusses the problems which should be solved in the application of the amenity and puts forward the principle of the realization of the unity of tradition and modernity,nationality and globalization,form and content.
