| 摘 要： | 本文在全面分析中国社会保障基金运营面临的主要风险的基础上,对中国养老保险基金风险管理中存在的主要问题进行了全面、深入地分析,进而从宏观对策和微观对策相结合的高度,提出了构建中国养老保险基金风险管理长效机制的可行性对策与措施。
