| 摘 要： | 本文通过对制造业高级化内涵以及长三角制造业高级化进程的分析,试图明确政府在长三角制造业高级化进程中的合理定位,指出长三角地方政府作为政策的制定者,应通过技术研发激励机制、高端人才价值链挖掘机制、技术工人职业化培训机制、品牌战略扶持机制以及金融政策和产业政策的创新,促进新型工业化道路下长三角制造业的高级化与可持续发展。

| Abstract: | In this paper,through exploring the connotation of manufacturing industry upgrade and analyzing Yangtze River Delta’s manufacturing industry upgrade process,the reasonable orientation of the government during the upgrade process is proposed.It is pointed that as the policy maker,government should make further efforts to establish a motivation mechanism of technological R&D,an excavation mechanism of top-level talent value chain,an occupational training mechanism of technical workers,a support mechanism of brand strategy,and an innovation mechanism of financial and industrial policies,so as to promote the upgrade and sustainable development of Yangtze River Delta’s manufacturing industry on its way to a new-type industrialization |
