| 摘 要： | 本文对当前我国腐败和反腐败的发展趋势进行了分析,将其归纳为六个方面,即从贪污挪用到行贿受贿,再到利益冲突;从公共部门到私人部门,再到社会组织;从个人腐败、单位腐败到集体腐败;从影响政策执行到影响政策制定;从反黑色腐败到反灰色腐败;从惩治需求方到惩治供给方。本文的发现对于更好把握腐败发展的规律,并制定有针对性的政策具有重要的启发意义。
