| Abstract: | Emergency response is the basic accountability of the government. To study the principles of emergency response has great practical meaning in constructing its mechanism. This paper shows that the response process is in fact the interaction of relevant information, and discusses the time formation, information resource, decision methods and implementation characteristics of emergency response. |
