| 摘 要： | 本文基于近年来与图书馆有关的版权纠纷案件和相关的法律规定,分析了目前图书馆服务隐含的风险和存在的问题,并对此从法律的角度进行了思考,指出在信息资源共享与版权保护之间的表面冲突现象之下,应注意两者终极目标的一致,寻求合适的平衡点,努力做到合理使用。

| Abstract: | Based on library copyright dispute cases in recent years and related laws and regulations,this article analyzed hidden risks and potential problems in library service,developed some legal thoughts accordingly.And it pointed out that beneath the seemingly contradiction of information resources sharing and copyright protection,the same ultimate goal of the two should be focused and an appropriate point of balance should be sought to achieve fair use. |
