| 摘 要： | 对于中国的民间组织的现状 ,人们存在不同的看法。本文采用实证的方法 ,以青岛的民间组织及其管理体制为对象 ,分析了中国的民间组织与相应的管理体制的现状。文章分析了中国民间组织现在所存在的各种问题 ,进而提出了相关的政策建议

| Abstract: | People have different views to the current situation of NGO of China. Making NGO of Qingdao and its management system as a case, this article analyses the current situation and the corresponding management system of Chinese NGO in a positive way. Also the article analyses the existing problems of Chinese NGO, and then puts forward relevant policy suggestions. |
