| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国政治体制改革与经济体制改革相伴随进行,成功开辟和坚持了中国特色社会主义政治发展道路;同时一些体制机制障碍也成为改革中的硬骨头.目前政治体制改革进入深水区.政治体制改革的突破口在规范、制约、监督权力上：树立起长期执政的权力自觉;尽快实施干部财产公开制度;加快推进行政管理体制改革,建立健全权力运行制约和监督体系.
