| 摘 要： | 军营的共青团组织是部队先进青年的群众组织 ,是青年官兵在实践中学习共产主义的学校 ,是党的助手和后备军 ,也是部队党组织联系青年军人的桥梁和纽带。从一定意义上讲 ,军营共青团工作的成效影响着部队建设的质量 ;共青团工作的创新层次关系到军队建设的发展水平。

| Abstract: | The commumist youth league (the CYL)is mass organization of advanced youth,young officers and soldiers'school of studying communism in the case of practice,assistants and reserves of the CPC,brides and ties that associate Party organization with young armymen.In a sense,the effect of work of the CYL influences quality of army building,its innovation concerns the level of army building. |
