大学生抗挫折教育对策研究

挫折教育作为心理健康教育的一项重要内容,对大学生有着至关重要的作用.首先要充分发挥高校的主导作用,丰富挫折教育的内容,广泛开展社会实践活动,通过接触社会来体验真正的社会生活;再就是要积极培育学生的主体意识,大学生要树立正确的“三观”：人生观、世界观、价值观.正确的“三观”有利于大学生树立远大的理想抱负,客观的评价自己,能够正确面对生活中的挫折和困境,建立大学生心理自助组织形成一种互帮互助的心理自助机制.要建立积极的心理预防机制,引导大学生要进行自我调适来消除挫折感,建立乐观积极的心态消除痛苦,从而提高大学生的抗挫折能力.第三要切实发挥家庭的助导作用,家长最好的做法就是以身示范.身教胜于言传,保持积极乐观的心态面对现实生活和工作,为孩子树立积极向上的榜样作用.最后要高度重视社会的导向作用,发挥榜样的典型作用,利用优秀人物的优秀事迹来教育大学生正确树立挫折观.政府逐步完善大学生就业政策,减轻大学生的就业压力,营造一个安定的社会环境.努力为大学生传递正能量,采用网络平台来与大学生进行线上互动和线下交流的形式,使挫折教育的效果达到最大化.

Research on the Strategies of Resisted Reverse Capability Education

Frustration education is one the most significant psychological health education, playing a large role to the college students. The leading role of colleges must be given full expression to enrich the educational contents and to allow college students to experience the real social life. The notion of main part of the college students them- selves must be cultivated by improving their outlook on life, world and values. One effective psychological preven- tion mechanism must be then constructed to lead the college students to vanish their sense of frustration by self ad- just and to relieve the pain by forming certain positive attitudes. Consequently, the social leading role must not be overlooked, the fine modals can lead the college students to generate a right sense of frustration. Employment improvement may be another approach to solve the problem, which can decrease college students＇ employment pressures.
