| Abstract: | The communist youth league＇s strategic issues of cracking is closely related to the resources conditions of the communist youth league organization itself. The communist youth league is an organization, sociality, compound public service organization, with diverse organizational resources and its access. The survival of the communist youth league organizations in the new period, operation, development and innovation depends on the rational planning of the communist youth leagues organizational resources, to fully learn and effective configuration. |
