高质量发展阶段深化供给侧结构性改革的挑战与突破

China’s economy has entered a new stage of high quality development.Supply-side structural reform is a key breakthrough for high quality development,which is conducive to accelerating the resolution of major contradictions in economic operation,accelerating the cultivation of new engines,and strengthening the improvement of institutional mechanisms.However,the new features and problems presented in the high quality development stage will also bring certain challenges to deepen the supply-side structural reforms,such as the uncertainty of the external economic situation,the problems of the internal institutional mechanisms and the structural problems of the industry.Therefore,in the stage of high quality development,we should continue to deepen the path of supply-side structural reforms:consolidating the"three reductions,one lowering and one compensation"achievements to improve the efficiency of resource allocation,strengthening the system supply to stimulate the vitality of the main body,accelerating technological innovation to enhance the industry chain level,and unblocking national economic cycle to achieve structural optimization.Through these breakthroughs,we will deepen supply-side structural reform and propel China’s economy onto a path of high quality development.
