北冰洋通航与中国图们江出海战略探讨

1938年日苏张谷峰战役后封锁了图们江,图们江辉煌的航运消失了。吉林省境内水系发达,但却因丢失了港口,阻碍了吉林经济的发展。航空运输成本太高,东北的铁路运输因受山海关地理位置的限制,致使吉林省的物资运送能力受到限制。海河运输是最廉价、最方便的形式,倘若吉林省恢复到以前沿海省份,便利的交通即可带动吉林经济飞速发展。因此,建议在东北地区开凿运河,迎接北冰洋航运时代的到来。北冰洋变暖为全面通航带来了可能性。如果北极航道全部开通,连接大西洋和太平洋的航线将缩短,而东北亚地区恰好是关键的轴心位置。北冰洋如全部通航,我国图们江流域的珲春将取得与新加坡同等重要的地位。因此,将我国珲春打造成国际航运中心迫在眉睫。建议在东北地区,开凿运河,形成"东北借助运河间接出海战略"。届时可再现图们江航运的辉煌。

After the Zhanggufeng Battle between the Soviet union and Japan in1938,the Tumen River was blocked,and its brilliant shipping disappeared.Although the water system of Jilin Province is developed,the loss of the port hindered the economic development.Because of the high cost of air transportation,and the limitation of the northeast railway transportation by Shanhaiguan,the transport capacity of Jilin Province is limited.Shipping is the cheapest and most convenient way of transportation.If Jilin Province has a port,the convenient traffic will promote rapid development of its economy.So the article suggests build a canal in Northeast China,welcoming the arrival of the age of the Arctic Ocean shipping.If the Arctic Channel is completely opened,the Atlantic and Pacific route will be shortened,and Northeast Asia will be a key position.Besides,Hunchun will be as important as Singapore.So it is imminent to make Hunchun as an international shipping center.Building a canal in Northeast China will reproduce the glory of Tumen river shipping.
