俄罗斯经济增长的动力分析

随着俄罗斯经济的连续增长,关于俄罗斯经济增长动力的争论也越来越多,国际学术界各种看法可以说是异彩纷呈。主流的观点认为,主要是国际能源价格较高,俄罗斯能源出口拉动了其经济增长;另一种观点认为是普京的个人因素,也就是普京所推行的强权政治和经济战略的调整。但是,制度转型所带来的宏观经济环境的整体性改善,应该是经济增长的根本动力。不过,俄罗斯经济要继续保持增长,还存在着三大制度性障碍。

With the growing of Russia's economy,the debating is rising about the motive power of Russia's economic increasing.There are many views about it.Main is that energy exporting makes the economic increasing.Another view thinks that "Putin's factor" leads to the increasing,especially Putin's mighty political system and his economic developing strategy.Any how,it is the improving macroeconomic environment that is the motive power of Russia's economic increasing.But,there will be three institutional obstacles in Russia's economic continuing increasing.
