中国西北陆路能源通道构建的重大国际战略意义

中国西北能源通道与东北、西南和海上形成了我国能源进口四大通道格局,为维护国家能源安全作出巨大贡献。中国西北能源通道构建对于国际地缘政治格局、对接方利益关系至关重要,通道建设形成了以能源通道为纽带的资源与市场互补关系,促成了国际能源合作机制,具有国际能源合作的示范效应,推进了SCO能源一体化进程,是中国与中亚国家加强区域安全合作、促进周边区域政治稳定的重要内容,并将使新疆成为新亚欧大陆桥的枢纽。

The Great International Strategic Significance of Constructing Energy Corridor on Land in Northwest China

The energy corridor in Northwest China,being one of the four important energy corridors for China together with corridors in Northeast,Southwest,and on the ocean,has made great contribution to energy safety of China. This paper analyzes the potential impact of China’s Northwest energy corridor on international geopolitics and the interests of partners. It is suggested that international energy cooperation will be strengthened by constructing the corridor and there will also be a demonstration effect,which is vital for SCO energy integration and the political and economic stability in Mid-Asia by strengthening security collaboration among MidAsian countries. In this case,Xinjiang can be expected to be a new Asia-Europe pivot.
