以港口业合作促进东北亚区域经济一体化

区域经济一体化已成为各国适应经济全球化的优先选择,而东北亚区域经济一体化发展缓慢。海运是完成国际贸易的主要手段,东北亚地区各国对外贸易总量的85%以上依靠水运完成,港口业对城市和区域发展的重要性更加突出。因此,应充分发挥东北亚地区港口业合作对区域经济一体化的作用,优化港口组群结构,增强合作机制,构建区域物流网络体系,形成良性循环,共同促进东北亚港口业,推进区域一体化进程。

Harbor Industry Cooperation to improve Northeast Asia Regional Economic Integration

Regional economic integration is the best way for countries to be adapted to economic globalization,but it is developed slowly in Northeast Asia.Ocean conveyance was the main way to achieve the international trade.Furthermore,harbor industry becomes more important to the development of urban and region,because 85% cargo of international trade is carried by the sea.This paper analyses the dynamical elements that facilitate the cooperation of harbor industry,and the effect to regional economic integration in Northeast Asia.Besides,this paper presents the cooperation machine and development decision making based on the Northeast Asia regional economic integration by the way to optimize the harbor group structure,improve the process of service system and construct the port regional logistics network system.
