东北地区城市化的发展方向探析

在我国城市化加速发展的浪潮下,东北地区城市化进程缓慢,与该地区大中城市特别是中等城市发展缓慢有密切关系。加快大中城市发展是推动东北地区城市化进程的基本方向。为此,应大力发展劳动力密集型产业,积极吸引外资参与东北振兴,推动大中城市老工业区的改造及其周边地区小城镇的发展。

An Exploration on the Trend of Urbanization in the Northeast Area

With the accelerating development of urbanization in China,the process of urbanization in the Northeast area has been quite slow,which has got a close relation with the slow development of large and medium cities in this area,especially the medium ones.Accelerating the development of large and medium cities is the basic way to promote the process of urbanization in the Northeast area.For this reason,manpower intensive industry should be developed,and foreign capitals should be absorbed to participate in the revitalization of the Northeast area,so as to promote the transformation of the old industrial area in large and medium cities and development of the periphery area of small towns.
