| 摘 要： | 一些西方学者和国内学者把韩国迅速摆脱金融危机并恢复经济增长的原因归结为政府干预被削弱以及市场作用得以发挥的结果。其实,“政府权威”不仅可以在一定程度上解释韩国战后以来维持经济高速增长的原因,而且还能解释韩国从金融危机中捷步脱身出来并迅速恢复增长的原因。

| Abstract: | A group of scholars from domestic side as well as from international side contributed the rapid recovery from the financial crisis and economic growth to the weakening of governmental intervention and the enhancing of market role., whereas, "governmental authority " has been the cause of South Korea keeping a very fast economic growth after the Korea War, it has been also the cause of South Korea's quickly extricated from financial crisis and the rapid recovery of its economy. |
