中、日、韩在美国市场上的竞争性分析

应用显性比较优势指数(RCA)和斯皮尔曼等级系数测量1999-2003年中、日、韩3国在美国市场上的竞争情况及其变化发现,从总体上讲,中、日、韩3国在美国市场上存在竞争,而且中国和日本、中国和韩国的竞争有不断加剧的趋势,日本和韩国的竞争性虽有不断下降的趋势,但总体竞争性还是比较强。3国有比较优势的产品都集中在工业原料和制成品上,但在产业内部3国间的互补性还是存在的,所以建立自由贸易区对3国都有利。

Competitiveness Analysis of China, Japan and Korea on the American market

This paper using the revealed comparative advantage (RCA) and Spearman's Rank Correlation Coefficient measures the competitiveness and its varieties about China, Japan and Korea's productions on the American market, from 1999 to 2003. The econometric results show that there is the competitiveness among the China, Japan and Korea's productions on the American market. Moreover, the competitiveness is tending hard between China and Japan, China and Korea, though the competitiveness is tending weakened between Japan and Korea, it is still strong. The productions with the comparative advantage focus on industrial material and manufactured goods. But the complementarity still exists among three countries'industries, it is beneficial for all to set up the free trade area (FTA).
