The active utilization of foreign direct investment is not only significant to accelerate the economic development of Changchun-Jilin-Tumenjiang Pilot Zone,but also vital for improving the opening-up to a new level and upgrading industry structure.There are still some problems existing in Changchun-Jilin-Tumenjiang Pilot Zone's FDI utilization,such as the small overall scale,less industries with strong capacity to receive FDI,turbulence of FDI amount,and overall small amount of FDI.It is important to improve the investment environment,clarify key areas of attracting FDI,broaden the ways to use foreign capitals,and coordinate regional policies of attracting FDI.
