In 2010,China's grain output reached 546.41 million tons,an increase of 2.9%.Nevertheless,China's food security remains a major issue,and the global food security is still very serious.The stability of food prices has become national priority in many countries.In 2010,global corn prices soared by 52%,and wheat 49%,soybeans 28%.Some of the problems were caused by natural disasters,some by man.The world economy slipped into a very unstable state.Today's global society is afraid of rising food prices,and some people even put these issues with the financial crisis in the same position.
